The Ontario Produce Marketing Association announces the appointment of four new Board members at its annual general meeting held on June 15, 2022. The newly elected Directors will serve three-year terms from 2022 to 2025.

The directors joining the OPMA’s board are: Michael Miranda from Farm Boy, Ariel Nevado from Metro Inc., Dustin Wellman from Wonderful Sales and Agnes Boutros from Mastronardi Produce Ltd.

Elyse Seiler is Monterey Mushrooms' newest teammate, joining as a regional sales manager based out of California. Seiler will manage fresh retail and food service mushroom sales in the Western region.

In this role, Seiler will be responsible for the sales of mushrooms grown, packed and shipped from our farms in Royal Oaks and Morgan Hill, California which grow, harvest and pack conventional and organic White, Baby Bella & Portabella Mushrooms.

Mountain View Fruit Sales is proud to reveal its new label Mountain View Estate Vineyards. On May 4th, 2022 it was announced that industry veteran and longtime grape grower George Matoian and family had joined the Mountain View family of farmers that have been known for growing premium stone fruit and citrus under the brands Summeripe, Summertime, Rascals and Brilliant.
