USDA takes action over Pennsylvania company's $2.5M PACA violation
The U.S. Department of Agriculture filed an administrative complaint against Frozen Food Development Inc. for alleged violations of the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act. The company, operating from Pennsylvania, allegedly failed to make payment promptly to 22 produce sellers in the amount of $2.48 million from July 2021 through June 2022.
