The U.S. Department of Agriculture has filed an administrative complaint against JS Cos. LLC. The company, operating from California, allegedly failed to make prompt payment to 14 produce sellers in the amount of $914,938 from January 2024 through July 2025 in violation of the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act.
