Organic Produce Summit 2026 celebrates 10 years of growth and industry connection
The Organic Produce Summit will return to Monterey, CA July 14-18, celebrating its 10th anniversary with an expanded trade show floor, an additional day of networking opportunities and new features designed to bring together every segment of the organic produce supply chain.
As the only event dedicated exclusively to connecting producers and buyers in the organic fresh produce industry, OPS has evolved into one of the must-attend gatherings on the produce calendar.
The 2026 event will once again take place at the Monterey Conference Center, located in the heart of California’s famed Salad Bowl of the World. Organizers are positioning this year’s show as the largest and most comprehensive OPS yet, building on a decade of growth while creating additional opportunities for networking, education and business development.
One of the biggest changes for 2026 is the addition of a third day devoted largely to networking and community-building activities.
The expanded Tuesday schedule reflects OPS’s continued evolution from a traditional trade show into a broader industry experience. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a golf tournament at Del Monte Golf Course, while others can take part in field tours showcasing organic production in the Salinas Valley.
Tour stops are expected to include leading operations such as Driscoll’s Organic Blackberry Ranch, Earthbound Farm’s San Juan Bautista facility and Nature Fresh Farms’ Greenhouse Education Center, offering attendees a firsthand look at organic production, innovation and sustainability practices.
Educational programming will remain a centerpiece of the event on Wednesday and Thursday. Sessions at the Golden State Theatre will bring together growers, retailers, marketers and industry experts to discuss the trends, challenges and opportunities shaping the future of organic fresh produce. Topics are expected to include consumer demand, retail merchandising, sustainability, supply chain developments and market growth opportunities.
The trade show floor will once again serve as the heart of the event, bringing together organic growers, shippers, marketers, retailers and supply chain partners from across North America. Organizers have expanded the exhibit hall for 2026, creating space for additional exhibitors and a broader representation of the organic produce industry.
For the first time, allied service providers and commodity organizations will join traditional grower-shippers and organic brands on the show floor, giving attendees a more comprehensive view of the entire organic supply chain.
Exhibitors will also benefit from several new resources and networking opportunities. Standard 8-by-10 booths include four complimentary registrations, while double 8-by-20 booths include eight registrations. Booth packages include basic furnishings, identification signage and access to the show’s networking platform. Organizers are also encouraging exhibitors and attendees to utilize the OPS event app to schedule meetings, connect with customers and navigate the event more efficiently.
Beyond the educational sessions and trade show, attendees can expect numerous opportunities to network throughout the week. Interactive experiences, receptions and community-focused activities have become hallmarks of OPS, helping create an environment where buyers and suppliers can build relationships outside of formal business meetings.
Among the special activities planned for 2026 are chef demonstrations, innovation showcases and charitable initiatives designed to highlight the broader impact of the organic produce industry. These events complement the business-focused aspects of the summit while reinforcing the industry’s commitment to consumer health, sustainability and community engagement.
As OPS celebrates its 10th anniversary, the event continues to grow alongside the organic produce sector itself.
With an expanded schedule, larger trade show floor and increased focus on networking and education, organizers expect Monterey to once again serve as a key gathering place for the organic produce community.
