Southern Specialties Inc. is celebrating its 30th anniversary. The company was founded by President and CEO Robert Colescott in 1990. Colescott and members of the company were instrumental in pioneering specialty vegetables, working with chefs and foodservice distributors to develop year round sourcing for products ranging from French beans to baby zucchini.
