Two independent Piggly Wiggly  store owners, with the support of C&S Wholesale Grocers Inc., have entered into a definitive agreement with Southeastern Grocers Inc. to acquire one BI-LO store in South Carolina and one BI-LO store in Georgia. This agreement is part of a series of transactions for SEG as part of their strategic decision to divest of the BI-LO banner.

Longtime berry industry executive Felipe Juillerat is joining global fresh fruit company Terra Exports' advisory board. Juillerat, best known for his prior role as chief commercial officer for Hortifrut, will assume a general advisory role on the board starting in January 2021.
