The Southeast Produce Council increased the top figure for its Vorhees Vision Scholarship.

One college-aged student (graduating high school senior or current college student) will now receive a one-time scholarship of $10,000 to his or her college or university. The second-place recipient will receive $1,500 and the third-place recipient will receive $1,000.

The American Floral Endowment announced that it is awarding $63,990 in Educational Grants to 19 organizations in 2023-24.This funding will help these organizations host conferences, teach students and educators about the floral industry, offer programs such as greenhouse training and florist certification classes, promote sustainability practices and more.
