Health Nut partnered with Litehouse Inc. to bring its dressings to mass retailers. Recognizing the growing demand from its customers in stores, online and on social media, the new Health Nut dressings will provide consumers across the country the same fresh tasting flavors they’ve seen on TV, inspired by the restaurant’s popular homemade family recipes.

To support the multiple informational panels taking place at the International Fresh Produce Association Global Produce & Floral Show, the room was split into three areas. Each section was separated by dividers and the setting was cozy and casual with chairs, couches and fruit for snacking.  All in attendance had their options of panels to pick from: packaging information, government updates, consumer insight and more. Two popular panels were: What Do They Really Want and Generation-based Produce & Floral Marketing.

Happy Dirt named Natasha Goldstein its chief financial officer. While in her role with Happy Dirt, Goldstein will lead the company into its next phase of financial growth by taking over the company’s core financial operations and assisting in a capital fundraising campaign.

The first shipments of Chilean grapes are scheduled for mid-November, and the Table Grape Committee of the Chilean Fruit Exporters Association is projecting a 5 percent growth in exports.

The committee is forecasting 63.78 million 18-pound boxes. “This projected growth is due primarily to an increase in the production of new varieties, which will represent 63 percent of Chile’s total fresh grape exports this season, close to 40 million boxes,” said ASOEX President Iván Marambio.
