Teri Miller passes leadership of Southern Roots to Stephanie Hilton

roots5040HILTON HEAD ISLAND, SC — Teri Miller of The Fresh Market, who in 2014 spearheaded the formation of Southern Roots, the Southeast Produce Council's leadership program for women in produce, has turned over the leadership of the program to Stephanie Hilton of the Tom Lange Co.

The passing of the torch came Thursday afternoon, Sept. 28, at the Southern Roots luncheon, when attendees gathered to discuss the topic, "What Makes a Great Leader?" The event was held during the council's Southern Innovations Organic & Foodservice Expo, held Sept. 28-30 at the Westin Hilton Head Island Resort, here.
