The U.S. Department of Agriculture has filed an administrative complaint against Ganfer Fresh LLC. The company, operating out of Arizona, allegedly failed to make payment promptly to 36 produce sellers in the amount of $3.775 million from May 2024 through February 2025, in violation of the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act.

Robinson Fresh, C.H. Robinson’s fresh supply chains solutions division, announced the opening of a new, 142,600-square-foot South Texas logistics center.
