Peter Mehring, chief executive officer of Intelleflex Corp., and Kevin Payne, senior director of mar-
keting, shared the benefits of the firms temperature-monitoring devices (in Mr. Paynes hand)
with Fresh Summit attendees. The units monitor the temperature of produce in transit and enable
companies that use them to better manage their product by knowing precisely how much shelf
life remains for each pallet in their inventory so it can be maximized. Intelleflexs products now
